**Layout:**

Starting at the rear, there is a spacious washroom that includes a large separate shower cubicle with hot and cold mixer controls, a vanity unit with a sink and mirror above, a WC, and an ALDE heating radiator. Before the washroom is the double island bed, which has lockers above and wardrobes on each side—one of which houses the ALDE heating header tank.

Moving forward, opposite the habitation door is the kitchen area, which boasts plenty of worktop space, a stainless steel sink with a mixer tap, an oven with a separate grill, three gas hobs, and one electric plate. A large fridge freezer is located opposite the cooker.
