Suitable for use on the Carri Chef 40, E Braai 40, Citi Chef 40, Citi Chef 40 FS and Grillo Chef 40 ranges of barbecue.

Simply place one of the BBQ Mats on top of the BBQ Grid when you’re ready to start cooking, then add your food. Any fat and burnt bits will stay safely on top – rather than dripping down, reducing fat flare-ups and marinades caramelising themselves to your grid. Once you’ve finished cooking simply remove the BBQ Mat, wash in warm soapy water and any burnt-on food or fat will slide off with ease.

Made from the same material as our Skottel Liners, these robust, reusable BBQ Mats retain no odour or flavour from previous cooking, and the super hard-wearing, non-stick coating means each one will see you through years of barbecuing.

As well as being great for the usual barbecue meals such as chicken wings, burgers and and sausages, you can also cook stir fries, pancakes and eggs on the BBQ Mat 40; all without using any oil at all. Foods cook in their juices for maximum flavour and, even though they’re cooked on the liner, you’ll still get the traditional chargrill lines on your food.
